Service Description

Building upon the Exploratory Phase, these sessions help you zoom out to see your entire circle of life. You'll pinpoint any imbalances and uncover specific areas that need adjusting. You'll receive customized plans to empower you to move towards a healthier version of YOU. We meet twice monthly for 3-4 months as you work through the process. Includes a guided supermarket visit and a pantry makeover.
